The hotel was a little old-fashioned but the service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was fabulous for our event in Chislehurst. However, the room was not cleaned properly, which was disappointing on our special night.

The hotel room was a bit small as advertised, but there was no space to do any work in the room, just enough for sleeping. The furniture needed some TLC as it was bashed and damaged. Unfortunately, I couldn't book online, and the room was very hot with a window that wouldn’t open far.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff, especially Tom the manager, were brilliant and made me feel so welcome. The breakfast cooked to order was a highlight, although there were some minor issues with getting warm water in the shower quickly. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The rooms were of a good size and very clean, with fresh towels provided daily. There were plenty of complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee in the room. The only downside was the delay in getting warm water in the shower.

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff in the beautifully wrapped Victorian manor house were all friendly and professional. I even got transferred to the cottage at a discounted rate because of my dog. Housekeeping was top-notch, and I was served promptly with a welcome drink.

The location was ideal for my work meetings, and the surroundings were very attractive. Despite some litter outside from a previous party, it was a good spot for my needs.
